Description
Built in 1970, the Norris Building was one of the oldest buildings on the St. Philip’s campus. The newly renovated building will continue to house the Reading and English departments, Instructional Technology and Information and Communication Technology department.  It will also host the Learning Lab, the Reading Lab, the Tutoring and Technology Center and the Writing Center.  Classrooms and training labs are located throughout the building along with lounge and study areas for student use.
