Description
Bexar County’s Bilbliotech is the first all-digital public library in the United States.  Bilbliotech South opened their doors on September 14, 2013. Bilbliotech Romo and Bilbliotech East followed. Each Location serves as a community hub providing literacy and tech resources in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
